Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful Mum- Vivienne. My Mum is my style icon and it is to her I owe my love of  the colour red, floral tea-dresses, t-bar heels, berets set at a jaunty angle, faux fur coats and favouring feminine dresses over trousers. We think my Mum got her name from the screen siren Vivien Leigh of Gone with the Wind. My Granny, a great lover of  Hollywood films would often deny that my Mum was named after Vivien Leigh and ever loving Gone with the Wind but, mysteriously, could recite every line!

Mum still shows how a little bit of  everyday glamour can brighten up the world. Thanks for being such a style inspiration Mum!
