Voya Seaweed Baths in Sligo

What have I been loving this week…

I had a dip in the amazing Voya Seaweed Baths in Sligo this weekend,  I cannot recommend them enough they are worth taking a trip to Sligo for. What a treat, they are so simple yet truly restorative and there’s also the wild horses rolling into Strandhill strand to watch from Shells Cafe after your dip too.

Those who know me will know I love tights as I never wear jeans! Whether is opaques in every shade imaginable, printed wonders or retro nylons with a seam- I love them all. An old colleague and all round lovely guy Jonathan de Burca Butler interviewed me for this piece on the History of Nylons for the Irish Examiner.

As tributes pour in for the wonderful Oscar de la Renta, I fell for his Guitar Shaped Earrings.

The nights  are drawing in and we have longer, darker evenings- the plus side of this will be lots and lots of twinkling Christmas Lights.

My oldest and bestest friend is now on Instagram, follow her  style adventures from Tokyo and from all corners of Japan @wabisabistreets here and look out for some cool History Dress stories from her here soon too. She is my original vintage partner in crime!
