Flower sellers on the streets of Dublin have been part of the theatre of the city since Viking times. Fast forward to nineteenth century Dublin when Grafton Street and Henry Street became the shopping destinations of the city. This is when small stallholders began to trade from the footfall of these streets

The Spanish Armada & Streedagh

Streedagh beach is my favourite beach in Sligo, it is a ten minute drive from my family home and where I grew up in Drumcliffe and it has one of the most beautiful aspects in Ireland- with a long and curving sandy strand which reaches out as far as the eye can see to a windblown fairy-tale castle- Classiebawn.

Blooming Shoes

Dublin is blooming! There has never been such a hive of activity and creativity in the air. One of the dynamic organisations promoting this feeling of creativity and positivity is Upstart. Granby Park (an Upstart project) have created this beautiful pop-up park and guerrilla gardening project.
